- You’ll be a key component of our company serving homeowners, solving their troublesome problems.
- After your initial training, you’ll be operating company owned equipment. You’ll perform a service helping homeowners get back to a normal life with a fully functioning septic system.
- You like figuring things out and don’t get frustrated easily. You’re willing to take the time to explain things and help people and see something through.
- You’ll need to be comfortable using a variety of different tools and equipment.

- Safely operating a septic truck equipped with vacuum pumps and hoses to collect and transport septic waste.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving the septic truck.
- Maintain a strong focus on road safety, avoiding accidents and practicing defensive driving techniques.
- Efficiently locate, access and pump/clean septic tanks and waste storage facilities.
- Transport collected waste to designated disposal sites, following proper waste disposal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of each service call, including photos, location of septic tank and condition of the tank and amount of waste collected.
- Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process – You’ll follow our proven process, from locating the tank to restoring the landscaping.
- Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
- Must have a valid COMMERCIAL, Class B driver’s license and be insurable – you’ll be driving our company vehicle.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and irregular hours.
